ClearpathOps ("I", "me") is a New York–based operations consultancy run by Rafael Vásquez. This page explains what information this site collects and what I do with it.

What I collect

• Information you give me — your name, email, business details, and answers you submit through the intake form or when booking a call.
• Booking details — when you schedule a call, Calendly collects the information on its booking form under its own privacy policy.
• Basic usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and referring site, collected through standard analytics.

How I use it

Only to respond to you, prepare for and deliver our work together, and understand how the site is used. I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored with trusted service providers (such as Supabase for form data and Calendly for scheduling) who process it on my behalf. Access is limited to me.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared at any time by emailing rafael@clearpathops.io.

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
